Earnestine Young lost her leg in an automobile accident.
Then she lost her job. At her low-of-lows, Earnestine discovered
that she could help kids find jobs.
She's been doing that ever since.
From June, 1998, to June, 1999, at the time this documentary
was produced, Earnestine Young has found jobs for 185 at-risk
kids in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. It brings her no money, but
it brings her joy -- and you can see it in her face in this
documentary about a woman making a difference.
